Organise has a quite a number of toolbar buttons, not all of them show by default, but you can add or remove buttons and change the order. This is all standard OSX functionality.
To access this config panel, right-click or cmd-click somewhere in the toolbar (not on a button) and choose 'Customise toolbar'. Note that you can also choose small or regular sized buttons, or have just buttons with no labels, or just labels with no buttons.
With this panel showing, you can drag buttons (or spaces) out of the toolbar, or drag new buttons in. You can change the order.
