How to manage an online / mail-order business using Organise
The video below shows how - in less than 90 seconds - you can log the details of the customer and order and print out the invoice / delivery note, following these steps:
- Create a new order and give it a title
- Link the contact if they exist already, or if not, create a new one
- Select the items ordered from your inventory (created earlier)
- Fill in the financial details
- Generate the invoice / delivery note
It also shows how you can check the order history and items purchased for a given customer, and check the total sales for a given period.

- Optional: link the contact if they exist already, or if not, create a new one
- Select the items purchased from your inventory (created earlier)
- calculate the total, receive the cash and give change
- Generate the invoice / receipt
